Who this is for
Service businesses bill the same customers again and again, which changes what an invoice has to do. A one-time customer checks the total; a recurring customer checks whether the four visits billed match the four visits that happened. Invoices that list service dates and locations get approved on sight; invoices that say 'monthly service' get queried whenever memory and billing disagree.
Use this generator to produce invoices where every line carries a date, a location if you serve multiple sites, and a service description in the customer's language. The notes below cover monthly consolidated billing, plan-versus-extras separation, and the terms that fit recurring relationships.
