Welcome to ToolsToFind! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ToolsToFind ("we," "us," or "our").

You may create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans for Pro and Business tiers. Pricing and features are available on our Pricing page.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate unless locked in with a promotional offer.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free tier. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.
You may pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify and remain in such court.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ToolsToFind regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
